At St.Catharines General Hospital on August 4th, 2014. George Wicks of Fonthill in his 89th year. Loving father of John, George (Pam), Nancy and Jean Waite (Tom). Dear Grandfather to April (Andrew), Sarah (Derek), Erica (Jason) and William (Jess). Loving Papa to Phillip and Olivia. Predeceased by his wife Jean (2011). George will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. Respecting Georges wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service. Arrangements entrusted to Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick. Special thanks to Dr. Petrocci, Dr. Nolan, Dr. S. Kim and the nurses of 5B for their wonderful care of dad during his last days. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of ones choice is appreciated by the family. Memorial service at a later date.
Nancy-the road you have walked with your Dad has finally come to an end-I will miss the talks I had with him when I called the house-he is now at peace-sending my thought to you my friend and to all your family
