STONE, PHYLLIS GRACE – passed away peacefully at the Welland Extended Care Unit on February 3, 2015 in her 96th year. Loving mother of Trudy (Garry), John (Lorna), Susan (Ken) and Marion (Ron). Dear grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Frederick Kenneth, as well as her sisters Edith and Gertrude.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick on Thursday February 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A private Family Service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to extend their thanks to the Welland Extended Care Unit and Dr. M. Ali for their many years of care.
