MOORE, AMBER LOUISE (BARDEN) – August 25, 1967 – March 10, 2017, passed away peacefully at home after a long courageous battle with cancer at the age of 49. Beloved wife of Brian for 23 years. Loving mother to Eric and Ashley. Amber is survived by her mother Sandy Jacobs, brother Jeff Barden, and her in laws Lawrence and Gail Moore, sister in law Janice, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Jim Barden, grandparents Ken and Gwen Barden and Murland and Jennie Foss. Amber was an employee for 12 years with the City of Thorold. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Dana Reece and nurses Jocelyn and Kim for the excellent care they gave to Amber. Also to the nurses at the St. Catharines General Hospital on the Oncology floor. Keeping with Amber’s wishes Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Fenwick United Church on Saturday March 25th at 12:00 P.M. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Service from 11:00 – 12:00.Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Catharines General Hospital Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
