GOODWIN, BARBARA – passed away on Saturday August 23, 2014 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, Barbara Goodwin of Fonthill in her 76th year. Loving mother of Penny Thomas (Terry), Thomas (Julia) and Jeff (Mary). Dear grandmother to six and great grandmother of three. Barbara is survived by her brother Leonard Hogue (Pauline). TOPOLINSKY, PETER – at The Woodlands of Sunset on Monday August 18, 2014, Peter Topolinsky of Wellandport in his 97th year. Dear father of Lorne (Joyce) and Alan (Beverly) and father in law of Joann Topolinsky. Loving grandfather to Laurie (Gord), Kim (Jeff), James (Danuta), Jason (Vicki), Crystal (Brian), and Amanda (Joe). Great grandfather to Alisha, Ashley, Noah, Matthew, Cody, Jessie, Carson, Emma and Elizabeth. Great great grandfather to Damien and Deanne.Predeceased by his wife Doris, son Wayne and grandson Shawn.Survived by his sister Jane Brown and brother Nick.
Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for Funeral Service in the LAMPMAN CHAPEL on Friday August 22nd at 1:00 P.M. Interment at Zion Cemetery in Wainfleet to follow. The family will receive friends on Thursday August 21st from 7-9 P.M, and Friday from 12:00 until time of Service. Donations to First Baptist Church in Welland would be appreciated by the family.

Adam Jayme Bowslaugh, 29 at Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, August 2.  Much loved son of Susan Bowslaugh and John Perez, brother of David, grandson of Marilyn and the late Gordon Bowslaugh and nephew of Nancy and Don Carter and Cathy Bowslaugh.  Adam loved politics, gardening and wanted to solved the injustices of the world.

Family will receive friends at the Lampman Funeral Home Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 7pm to 9pm with funeral service Monday August 11, 2014 at 2 pm. Interment at a later date.

McKAIG, BERT – on Tuesday July 15, 2014 at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington, Bert McKaig of Dundas in his 83rd year.  Loving husband to Mary.  Dear father of Lori (Ed).  Loving grandfather to Chris and David.  Bert is survived by brother Bob McDonald (Jane).  Dear brother in law of Irv Muir.  Bert will be sadly missed by his friend David Knight.  Predeceased by his son Randy and many brothers and sisters.  Respecting Bert’s wishes Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday July 19th at 11:00 A.M. at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick.  Interment of ashes will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers Donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
