JEAN VICTORIA SUMMERS (Secord) – On Sunday April 20, 2014 at the Welland County General Hospital, Jean Summers of Fonthill in her 91st year. Loving mother of Sharon Quinlan (Brian) and Wayne Hollingshead (Barb). Dear grandmother to Mandy, Jacquie and Geoff. Predeceased by loving husbands Ken Hollingshead, Doug Turner, and Don Summers. Jean was a faithfull member of Pelham Community Church involving herself in many church functions and activities. She was also an active member of the Fenwick Lioness. Through her journey of life she enjoyed the fellowship of many friends who enhanced her love for life. Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for Visitation on Thursday April 24th, from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at Pelham Community Church, 461 Canboro Road, Fenwick on Friday April 25th at 11:00 A.M. Interment at Hillside Cemetery to follow. Also there will be a Memorial Service at Lookout Ridge Retirement Community 1505 Lookout Street, Fonthill on Friday May 2nd at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations to Pelham Community Church Building Expansion Fund or Memorial Fund, as well as Pelham Cares would be appreciated by the family.

LAMPMAN, CARSON DONALD – in his 85th year passed away at the Welland County General Hospital on Thursday April 10, 2014.  Loving husband of 63 years to Irene (Coles).  Son of the late Herbert Roy and Charrie and stepson of Gladys.  Father of Donald, Dennis (Sandra), Keith (Debbie), Tracey, Nancy, Gail Sabo (Leonard), Richard (Debra), Carson (LuAnn), and Joanne Angi (John).  Predeceased by daughter Judy and grandaughter Julie.  Survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Carson worked at and retired from Welland Forge.  Respecting Carson’s wishes, Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.  As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.  Arrangements entrusted to the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick.

Dear mother to Marianne Voogt (Brian), Theresa Voogt (Otto), Virginia Green (Reg), Hugh Voogt (Sue), Elizabeth Newstead, Michelle Rowarth (Rob) and Edward Voogt (Sharron). Cherished Grandmother and Great Grandmother to many. Mary is survived by three sisters and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson David. Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME 724 Canboro Road Fenwick for visitation on Tuesday April 8th from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral mass will be held at St.Anns Catholic Church in Fenwick on Wednesday April 9th at 10:30 A.M. Cremation to follow. CROCKETT, AUDREY – It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Audrey Crockett of Fonthill on March 31, 2014 in her 87th year.  Loving mother of Judy MacLeod and Brian (Marie).  Cherished grandmother to Melody Vahrmeyer (Ron), Stuart MacLeod (Cindy), Lisa MacLeod (Domenic),  Dale Matzkow (Brian), Tom MacLeod (Lori), Kim MacLeod (Frank) and David Crockett (Maya).  Proud Nana to great grandchildren Ries, Carter, Max, Devon, Jake, Tommy, Stephen, Tricia, Matthew, Tyler, Megan, Christopher and Sarah.  Audrey is survived by her brother Russell Neale (Helen).  Predeceased by her husband Otis, sister Ruth Crockett and son in law Boyne MacLeod.  Audrey always encouraged, supported, and motivated us to be a better person.  Her greatest treasure was her family.  She will be sadly missed by her cherished friends at Pelham Town Square.  Respecting Audrey’s wishes Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held on Friday April 4th at 11:00 A.M., at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick.  Visiting Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.  Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Loving Grandfather to Christian Hope and Ayden. Roger is survived by his sister Melba Haggarty and brothers Leo (Doreen), Wesley (Eileen), Carson (Shirley), Ken (Ina) and Allen. Missed in their hearts by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy, brother Glenn, brother in law Ed Haggarty and sister in law Joan. Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for funeral service in the Lampman Chapel on Monday March 17th at 11:00 A.M. Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Ridgeville to follow. ROSETTA MAUDE MISENER-SWAYZE (nee KELLY)

MISENER – SWAYZE, ROSETTA MAUDE (nee KELLY) – passed away at Cedarwood Village Retirement Home in Simcoe on March 6, 2014 in her 93rd year.  Rosie was the loving wife of the late James Misener and Glen Swayze.  She is survived by her best friend and caregiver Kenneth Harrison, and by her step children Donna Schaeffer and Glenna Prokapp (John), and her sister in law Donna Kelly.  She will be sadly missed by many step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Predeceased by many brothers and sisters.  Rosie was a long time employee at Wabasso in Dunnville from 1941 – 1982, and a long standing member of the Rebecca Lodge, Welland.  Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick on Saturday March 15th at 11:00 A.M.  Interment of Ashes at a later date.  In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
