DILTS, CHARLES – peacefully at his residence on Sunday May 14, 2017 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Diane (nee Bousfield) for 52 years. Loving father of Christopher, Lee (Jodi) and Michael. Dearly loved grandfather of Dakota, Sarah (Austin), Elissa and Cassandra, and his great grandson Mason. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Willy and Robert and his sister Doreen. Predeceased by his siblings Don, Dorothy and Helen. Charles was retired from General Motors after 34 years of faithful service. Resting at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick for Funeral Service in the LAMPMAN CHAPEL on Saturday May 20th at 10:00 A.M. Interment at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Wainfleet to follow. Visiting Friday May 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.

We at the Sand Hills were very sad to hear of the passing of Rick. The Dilts family were seasonal campers at our Park for many years. After Ricks retirement from GM, he helped us at the Park and Farm, keeping our grassed areas looking immaculate. As we go through life, the number of true friends and truly good people that we encounter are limited. We were blessed to have Rick as a friend and he will always be in our hearts.
