CHAMBERS, DOROTHY – peacefully passed away at the Extended Care Unit of the Welland Hospital on October 23, 2016 in her 80th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Keith. Loving mother to Dale and his wife Danielle, and devoted grandmother to Samantha, Chloe and Cole. Dorothy is also survived by her sister Ann (Ken) and brother Johnny. Respecting Dorothy’s wishes Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be conducted at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick on Wednesday November 2, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. Interment of Ashes in Hillside Cemetery, Ridgeville to follow. In honour of Dorothy’s memory and her love for children donations to the Youth Bowling League would be appreciated by the family. Many thanks to the caregivers at the Extended Care Unit who cared for Dorothy.

So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. My mom, Anne Nawotka had been her room mate at the Extended Care. Always enjoyed visiting with Dorothy when I would go to see my mom. She was always happy and had many stories to tell. I know how difficult it is to lose your mom, so may all your wonderful memories help to keep her in your hearts forever.
