It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Helen Eybel on June 21, 2021, in her 82nd year after a short illness. She is survived by her children Tanya Eybel (Jay) and Dwayne Eybel, her brother George (Diane) Stroop, and caregiver Cyril Eybel. Helen will be missed by her many in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by beloved husband John Eybel, siblings Irene Thalen, Grace (Frank) Vlieger, and Gary Stroop.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, due to Covid-19 restrictions. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lampman Funeral Home.

Dear Cy, Tanya, Dwayne, family and friends of Helen. We were saddened to hear of Helen’s passing. George was glad he talked with her a couple of weeks ago. We as a family have fond memories of Christmas celebrations and pool parties at the Eybel home. We pray for peace and comfort for all during this time with love George and Diane Stroop and family
We were so lucky to have known Helen, even though it has only been in the last several years. We enjoyed so much the few times we went out for dinners with Helen and Cy, and her sense of humor will truly be missed. Our deepest condolences to Cy and all the Eybel family and friends.
