It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Rory Alsop of Fenwick on April 25, 2022 at the age of 65. Loving son of Berniece Alsop and beloved brother of Jarrett (Marlene) and Robin (Byron). He will be missed by his nieces and nephews as well as his extended family. Predeceased by his father George (2018). Rory will be remembered for his creativity and his love for the outdoors. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Rory was a good friend in highschool and after. He was talented in athletics, all shops especially metal and utterly fearless. I have lots of great memories at the Alsop farm and offer my condolences to his family.
Sad to hear the passing of Rory, my thoughts and prayers are with the family. I have many happy – fun memories of Rory through high school and for a number of years after. Enjoyed some mountain biking and will always remember a wilderness canoe trip on the Missinaubi River. RIP my friend.
